Commercial scenting · Mumbai · Thane · Navi Mumbai

Your space should smell like somebody is looking after it.

Most people call this an air freshener service. We fit an automatic diffuser, refill it every month, and service it on a fixed date. You pay one monthly amount and never think about it again.

What this is

A service, not a machine

Most suppliers sell you a box and disappear. Then the fragrance runs out, nobody refills it, the pump chokes, and in month four it is switched off and forgotten.

We do the opposite. The machine is ours. We fit it, refill it, service it on the same date every month, and replace it if it fails. All you ever see is one bill.

How a venue gets scented

Scent your space with pleasant aroma

Three placements, one venue. Which one you need depends on the air volume and whether the building has central air conditioning — not on what you are willing to spend.

CEILING VOID · SUPPLY DUCT PLANT ROOM AHU UNIT MAIN FLOOR · BAR · SEATING BAR COUNTER WASHROOM 1  HVAC / AHU one unit scents the whole floor 2  WALL MOUNTED for a room with no central AC 3  BREATH FRESHENER at the basin — guests rinse and go
A venue like a pub or restaurant usually needs all three: the duct carries scent evenly across the floor, a wall unit covers a room the AC does not reach, and the washroom gets the breath freshener. All on one monthly visit.

1 · HVAC / AHU

The unit sits in the plant room and injects into the supply duct. One machine, one even scent across the whole floor — and nobody can knock it off a wall. This is how malls and hotel lobbies are done.

2 · Wall mounted

For a room with no central air conditioning, or a section the duct does not reach. Sized on the air volume of that room, not the floor area.

3 · Breath freshener

A separate job, at the washroom basin. Not scenting at all — a measured herbal rinse for the guest. Most venues add it on the same visit.

Pricing

One price a month. Everything in it.

Nobody in this trade publishes a price — you are always asked to "request a quote". Here is ours, in the open. Machine, fragrance, refill and the service visit are all included. Prices are per space per month, plus GST.

SpaceSizeRoughlyPer month
Washroomup to 50 m³about 175 sq ft₹500
Office cabin, spa roomup to 150 m³about 500 sq ft₹900
Salon, spa, clinic, small officeup to 350 m³about 1,200 sq ft₹1,500
Office floor, showroom, sales galleryup to 700 m³about 2,500 sq ft₹2,500
Restaurant, hotel lobby, large officeup to 1,200 m³about 4,000 sq ft₹4,000
Club, pub, banquet, theatreup to 2,000 m³about 7,000 sq ft₹5,000

The square feet shown assume a normal 10 ft ceiling — a tall room holds far more air, so we always size on cubic metres.

₹500 is per washroom. The minimum for any one site is ₹1,500 a month — that is three washrooms, or a room with its washrooms on the same visit. A fixed service date is only worth promising if the round can actually be kept.

Bigger than 2,000 m³, or a central air-conditioned floor? We measure it and quote.

How it works

Four steps. One of them is yours.

STEP ONE

We measure

Air volume in cubic metres, not square feet. A twenty foot ceiling nearly doubles the air in the same floor area, and air conditioning carries scent away several times an hour. Sizing off square feet is exactly how a space ends up under-scented.

STEP TWO

You choose the scent

We bring samples on blotters and you pick two. Herbal Indian botanicals, or a clean, unnameable hotel-lobby character if that is what the space calls for.

STEP THREE

You live with it

Once fitted, give it a few days before judging. Day one and week three never smell the same — and we tune the intensity on the first service visit, not on the first afternoon.

STEP FOUR

Same date, every month

Refill and service on a fixed date. If the unit fails we replace it. You never buy a machine, never handle a refill, never call for a repair.

Where it works

Spaces where people stay a while

Offices first — it is the only place the same people are exposed every single day. Everything else follows from there.

Offices Where we start

The same people breathe that air every day, so it is the one place a habit forms. Most offices manage the smell with a spray can and hope — and it is what visiting clients quietly notice.

Restaurants, pubs & clubs

Guests notice a washroom more than anything else in a restaurant. It is the one thing reviews mention that nobody plans for — and after drinks and smoking, the last few minutes decide how the evening is remembered.

Salons & spas

Colour, bleach and ammonia build up by four in the afternoon, and a room spray lasts ten minutes. For a spa, scent is half of what the client is paying for.

Showrooms & sales galleries

A site visit runs over an hour. How the gallery smells is part of what someone decides in that hour — and most leave it to whatever the AC is doing.

Hotels, banquets & theatres

Lobbies, reception areas and foyers — where a first impression is formed before a word is spoken, and where a lot of people form it at once.

Clinics & waiting rooms

Where the smell of the place is the first thing anxious people register.

Why herbal

We make the fragrance ourselves

Almost every scenting company in India buys finished fragrance and resells it. We buy raw material and blend our own, on a base of Indian botanicals — paan, tulsi, gulab, elaichi, long.

It matters for two ordinary reasons. A blend we make is one nobody else can supply, so your space does not smell like the next place down the road. And when you want it changed, we change it — without waiting on anybody.

The same thinking, for the mouth

MintAura started as a herbal breath freshener — a touchless dispenser fitted in washrooms so guests rinse and go. Most venues begin with space scenting and add the dispenser on the same wall, in the same monthly visit.

Questions

Straight answers

Do I have to buy the machine?

No. It is installed free and remains ours. We maintain it and replace it if it fails.

How should coverage be measured?

In cubic metres, and at a stated ceiling height. Ask any supplier for coverage in m³ — a claim in square feet alone tells you nothing about a tall room, and that is how most spaces end up under-scented.

What if staff say it is too strong?

We adjust the intensity on the service visit. The same person often calls a scent too strong in week one and too weak in week three — that is the nose adjusting, not the machine failing.

Can we change the fragrance later?

Yes, on request. Rotating it is good practice, not a complaint.

Is this the same as an air freshener?

It is the commercial version of one. A room spray or an aerosol dispenser gives you a burst that fades in minutes. This is a machine that scents the whole space continuously, refilled and serviced by us on a fixed date — and the fragrance is herbal, blended in-house, not a synthetic room spray.

Which areas do you serve?

Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai — cluster by cluster, so the fixed service date can actually be kept.

Do you give a GST invoice?

Yes, on every payment, so a business customer claims the input credit back.

Next step

Start with a survey

Tell us the venue and roughly how big the space is. We come, measure it properly and bring scent samples. The survey costs nothing and commits you to nothing — you only decide after you have smelled the options in your own space.

Or just tell us the space

Three things, one tap. We do not ask your name, number or email — WhatsApp already carries those, so there is nothing for you to type twice.

You get a real answer, not an automated acknowledgement.
